Driven by his personal aspiration for more fulfillment and his wish to inspire his children to pursue entrepreneurship and shape their own futures, Wade started his dream of owning his own Pest Control business. With the goal of improving his family’s quality of life and recognizing the necessity for a dedicated pest control company that cares for the community, he established Bully Pest Management.

Since 2018 Wade Loatman has been the proud owner of Bully Pest Management.

Passionate about his community, Wade is very involved in giving back and making a positive impact on those around him. The 4th Friday of every month, Wade hosts a community event called 4th Friday. This event brings together the community, vendors and local business owners to create a positive environment and spread community support and awareness. Wade’s future plans are to create a non-profit organization where he can continue to make a positive impact on the community.
